• Private group travel
• Custom-designed itineraries
• Accommodation, transport, and activities

All services are tailored and may vary depending on destination and client preferences.

3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when:

• A deposit or full payment is received
• A confirmation email is issued by us

3.2 Pricing

• Prices are indicated per private group unless stated otherwise
• Prices may vary depending on customization and availability

3.3 Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to secure a booking
• The remaining balance must be paid before the trip start date
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 By the Client

• More than 30 days before departure: partial refund (excluding non-refundable costs)
• 15–30 days before departure: partial refund (reduced)
• Less than 15 days: no refund

4.2 By The Next Caravan

We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to:

• Force majeure
• Safety concerns
• Insufficient availability

In such cases, a refund or alternative will be offered.

5. MODIFICATIONS

5.1 By the Client

Requests for changes must be submitted in writing.
Additional costs may apply.

5.2 By The Next Caravan

We may adjust itineraries due to:

• Weather
• Local conditions
• Supplier changes

We will always aim to maintain equivalent quality.

6. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Clients are responsible for:

• Valid passports and visas
• Health requirements (vaccines, insurance)
• Compliance with local laws

We are not responsible for denied entry or travel restrictions.

7. INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain:

• Travel insurance
• Medical coverage
• Trip cancellation insurance

The Next Caravan is not liable for uninsured losses.

8. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers
  (hotels, transport, guides)
• We are not liable for:
• Delays, cancellations, or service failures by third parties
• Injuries, losses, or damages during the trip
• Participation in activities is at the client’s own risk

9. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Political instability
• Pandemics
• Strikes or transportation disruptions

10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients agree to:

• Respect local cultures and environments
• Follow safety instructions
• Behave appropriately during the trip

We reserve the right to remove participants whose behavior disrupts the experience.
